Of the top 25 largest IPOs worldwide to date, Citi, Goldman (Asia) and Morgan Stanley have underwritten three each. Citi has the largest cumulative deal size at $53.5 billion from taking Saudi Aramco, AIA, and Glencore public.


Seven of the deals were listed on the NYSE, six on the HKE, five on Tokyo SE, two on Nasdaq, one on Tadawul, one on Korea, one on Russia, one on LSE, one on Shanghai


The initial public offering of Saudi Aramco, a Saudi Arabian multinational petroleum and natural gas company, on the Tadawul in December 2019, was the largest public offering globally as of January 2022. The IPO of Saudi Aramco raised approximately 25.6 billion U.S. dollars.
