The initial public offering of Saudi Aramco, a Saudi Arabian multinational petroleum and natural gas company, on the Tadawul in December 2019, was the largest public offering globally as of January 2022. The IPO of Saudi Aramco raised approximately 25.6 billion U.S. dollars.
Four of the Top 10 were on the NYSE.
