Unsurprisingly, Rolex is still on top of the list with a market share of almost 25%. This year, for the first time ever (at least according to Morgan Stanley), the Rolex Group (Rolex + Tudor), has become more successful than the entire Swatch Group conglomerate with its 27% share of the market.

villapo55uAh, it was about top Swiss watch brands, not watch brands as it said on the question page! I was surprised not to see Casio, Citizen, Seiko — and most of all, Apple.
