Office of Refugee Resettlement Refugee Appropriation found using Annual Reports to Congress (2018-2005) and U.S. Department of State (2019, 2020, 2021); This category does not include costs associated with the Unaccompanied Alien Children’s Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) programs, or the Victims of Trafficking or Survivors of Torture. These estimates do not include any prior year carryover funding. 


Refugee ceiling and admissions counts found using the Migration Policy Institute's (MPI) tabulation of WRAPS data from the Department of State's Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration.
